tudor issues

My Tudor oysterdate(about 1982) has a couple of issues that Ive been wondering about. When the I manually wind it, it is not a continous smooth wind. it will turn about a half turn then it acts like a stripped gear or something, when it does this it makes a loud noise. Sometimes when I wind it manually, I can hear the rotor spin anound. I just had it serviced and I was suprised that this issue was still present. It was doing this before, I had it serviced. When i took it in to the shop is was loosing, about 15-20 seconds a day. Now it is gaining about a minute each day. I was wondering what might casue these issues? Think I should have it looked at by another watchmaker?
