The best, easiest and most logical thing would be to take it to a proper technician who can look at the movement and tell you anything you need to know.

Here, you will get 50% yea and 50% nay. That is the way it almost always seems to be.

Isn't the LEC too prominent? Seems to be standing out without any light on it.
