5167 again ...

Well, I guess they say the third time the charm. Ordered another tropical 5167 today for 15% off list. This time I'm keeping. It's an extraordinary piece and with summer here, will be very comfy. I'm done after this. Period !

What type of clasp issue? Mine was hanging just a tad bit when it was brand new but after taking it off and putting it on throughout the first month or so it seemed to work perfectly one day. Maybe one or two dozen times of using it.

So there are quiet 324 rotors?

Hopefully. Either way, it's worth it.

Congratulations, the noisy rotor is still here (I assume this is a staple of the 324SC Movement), but I am not familiar with the clasp issues.

I didn't. I thought I would become bored with it too quickly.

Can you have one with no rotor noise?

I thought it was just the way the movement worked, have they changed that?

It's normal for this movement. I quite like the effect.

Congrats again in advance and look forward to the incoming.

I just passed on one at an AD. I feel I may regret it (like I did when I sold mine 2 years ago), but the timing wasn't right. It is so nice, though..

I read recently that it maybe due to the ceramic bearings that are fitted.

I'm a good customer. It took many years and purchases. Not a one time event.

Thanks all ! I'm getting to the point in my life where I need a thin, lightweight watch and this one seems to fit that niche. All the Rolexes I've owned are either too heavy or thick and I need a watch on bracelet or rubber so this one covers that.
