Photography. Met a lot of amateur models, went to many different places that I might not have seen otherwise, and helped others to improve their photography.

Road cycling for me. Feel very privileged to have ridden so many TdF climbs in the Alps and Pyrénées. Also ridden a number of 24hr races around the Nürburgring (combined GP and Nordschleife VLN configuration).

Proposed at the summit of the Galibier

+1 on cycling. I’ve also ridden all the major haute category climbs in the Alps and, oh what a majestic place. Recommended.

Last week I order this custom handmade drums set by Sonor. It will take about 6 months to make.

Metal detecting. Seriously, I've already found several old coins and other old stuff for my collection. I bought one budget metal detector after reading reviews about best metal detectors at https:// expertofequipment.com/best-metal-detectors-for-gold/ few months ago. Never thought that old treasure hunting could be so entertaining!

So you must love the show, "The Detectorists", has been one of my favourites for years, hoping they do more episodes...brilliant in only the way English humour and drama can be.

Surfing. I’m not very good and don’t get to do it nearly often enough, but there is no better feeling than dropping in on a wave.

Only one other guy said this, but flying! I've been able to fly small airplanes all over the country. I love it, and it's so amazing to see all the sights this country has to offer from 1,000 to 10,000 feet above!

Running for me.

Being able to go on a 5km run at lunchtime around my workplace, around a beautiful part of the UK with no traffic or people, is complete relaxation for me. Double that for an early morning Sunday run around my home town, no one around except dog walkers and other runners, all saying hello, is rewarding for my body and soul.

I have other interests and hobbies but running means the world to me.

Used to BASE jump, but after the kids arrived the priorities changed and running around in the mountains and climbing antennas is more restricted at the moment due to less spare time. Easier to do some running and cycling

Fishing. Nothing like sitting on the beach with a pole in the water, basking in the sun, smelling the sea air and just relaxing. Now that’s what I call life

Absolutely - was thinking of it myself, and then I realized I live in Canada, in Toronto area, and about the oldest I'd get is something worthless at the utmost 200 years old - no Roman/Celtic/Viking burial hordes of rings of power and gold in this neck of the woods!

This is way cool ☝️

Woodworking, I’ve made a lot of the furniture in my home, loads of boxes, cutting boards, various items that I have gifted to friends and Family.

I have a small shop, but I just find that I can really clear my head from the day to day stresses when I get in there.
