Vintage Omega Bumper re: 2577-14

Hello guys,

I saw this Vintage Omega Bumper (2577-14), overall everything looks pretty authentic and original to me, the movement (cal354) is also the correct one to fit.

But giving it a closing look, I found the hands (pointy) do not match the indices(flat) of the watch, given their different shapes?

This watch is selling at a fairly low price too (USD500).

What do you guys think?
