Red Submariner 1680 not working - servicing & info

So,
i want to repair my father's red sub 1680 from 1973
I want to bring to a servicing lab but I want to know better the issues before
The watch have several issues at the present time:

1. The hands and date are completely still, no matter what I do. Even if the gears and the stem are moving. Also if I shake the watch the balance wheel moves for some seconds then stops. There is also a slight movement of the seconds hand sometimes. So I assume it's a winding related problem, right?
2. If i unscrew the stem the crown comes out very easily and it does not screw much
3. The bezel is very tight and rotates smoothly without any clicking sound

I'll really appreciate your help.

Worn tube/crown threads, movement in need of service and dirt underneath the bezel is my guess.

well with a research I discovered that my tube belongs to the first series of the Triplocks ( 702, tube 24-7020). It does not have an external O-Ring and has a short thread. Perhaps that's why it screws so little. But I cannot get why the crown pop-out so easily.

I've also read that some people serviced their rolex and they found their 1st gen triplock replaced with the newest one 703 with external gasket. So I assume replacing the 702 tube it's fully compatible with 703. Is it better to replace it or should I leave as it ts?

Maybe you already know this, but the bezel doesn't have a click spring like the more modern subs. You have to push downward on the bezel assembly to rotate it. When you release the downward pressure, it should stay put/be difficult to rotate.

Didn't know that. Thank you. So, perhaps it's only a matter of dirt.
