You decide on this one. Spent yesterday in communication and due diligence and I’ll pass.

Relevant info:
Sale post on another forum for Batman.
Pics sent via email don’t match serial on website.
Searched web and found website claiming several retail locations.
Searched address and it is a mall location. They confirmed via email they were located in Warwick Mall, Warwick, RI.
Phone number rings to guy with kids screaming in background.
Mall directory-no listing.
Mall info desk-no such store (Prime Luxury Watches).
Google turns up no location in Warwick.
Wiring instructions to an individual located in another state. No such person found.
Requested follow-up and crickets.

The site looks totally legit guys. I asked the party on the phone to clear up all the discrepancies AND provide name and address of owner. He said owner likes to keep low profile (Really? Retail operation doesn’t want consumers to be able to Google it? Owner doesn’t want anyone t I find him and promote his business?).
Also, the names of testimonials on website are so generic it’s ridiculous.

Sorry, I’m forensic accountant like a bulldog with a bone once all that started. I’ll be contacting the consumer division of Rhode Island Attorney General today and let them sort it out.
