Swapping Straps on Daytona 116519
I’m trying to swap straps on my 116519. I am able to remove the spring bars and straps from the watch case with a Bergeon 6767-F spring bar tool. I can also remove the spring bar that connects to the clasp on the 12 o’clock side (which has the micro-adjustments). However, what tool do you guys use to get the pin (which attaches to the strap on the 6 o’clock side) out of the end of the deployment clasp? This pin doesn’t appear to be a spring bar and my attempts to remove it with the Bergeon 6767-F have been unsuccessful.
Any assistance you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated! Thanks and have a great day! |

Can you take a picture that might be easier for us to see what you are referring to.

It's a flat head screw that attaches the OF to the clasp.

Thanks for the replies...my strap is alligator not OF. Flat head makes sense...however how do you remove the safety clasp that attaches to the buckle to gain access to the screw? See attached pics...thanks again for the help!
