Wow...now that is dedication

Nice job on putting that together. I'll stay neutral on this one, since I have both brands. But I will say that it is a toss up between Sean Connery and Daniel Craig in my mind as to the best Bond. Never thought there would be one as good as Connery, but Craig just might be the one. So I guess that's one for Rolex, and one for Omega

Agree fully - I like how they moved from kind of action / slapstick comedy to action / drama. A bit more Bourne Ultimatum style.

I really like the classic bond, it gets a bit woolly in the middle somewhere, but Craig was what the franchise needed for a ‘modern’ audience.

I was fortunate enough to have "Never Say Never" be my first bond experience as a kid, saw it with my dad. So I got Connery as "my Bond" even though it was well into Moores run at that point. Seen every one since in the theater, can't wait till my son is old enough, be interesting to see if he recognizes some of my watches on the big screen.

They need to give Bond over to McQuarrie and the stunt team of the last few Mission Impossible films. FANTASTIC stunt work. I remember when Bond films were the pinnacle of stunt work. That mantle has been passed IMHO.

Connery and Craig: I feel the same, best Bonds! But still: Ian Fleming’s Bond is wearing Rolex. But yeah: movies and books are two totally different things..

Now the question is whether it was an automatic or quartz Heuer?

Well said! I think that Casino Royale is the best of Craig-Bonds. Skyfall was almost funny, because they tried too much to make Bond as a real (over)-psychological human being...

Yeah, the stunt work nowadays is amazing! Bond was a pioneer.

I agree Craig and Connery are the best, but I also liked Timothy Dalton. He kind of had a dark side to him that made him a good Bond. Dalton wore a Sub and a Tag Heuer like the one above.

I didn't know what a Rolex was, but assumed it had to be cool.

(This was approximately 1964, btw. I hadn't even been a Bond movie yet. I wasn't allowed to see Goldfinger, my parents thinking it too risque after Shirley Eaton's naked gold-painted back appeared on a Life cover.)

My parents took my brother and I to the drive-in to see Goldfinger when it came out. I was hooked.
