Id forgotten that there is actually a practical reason for having the 120 click bezel on the GMT.

With the BLRO 216710 Rolex ruined the GMT , making it an hybrid between GMT and Submariner . Maxi-case , maxi-dial and ... Triplock !!! Thats why everybody searchs the 16710 .

I also think it was cool that GMT and Explorers had the smaller twinlock crown. They had their own character and personality.

"Batman" and the new ones are great watches no doubt but the looks leave me completely cold. I don't see the attraction. But then again I'm past 40 and I grew up with the old Rolex models.
