For sale is an excellent condition 42mm black PVD Bausele Pilot. The exact production date of the pilot is unknown, but it does come with its original box and a blank warranty card. It is worth mentioning however that this specific colorway of the Bausele Pilot, was only produced in a 60 unit limited production run. The Bausele features a stainless steel case with a brushed black PVD finish. The Pilot is mounted on an OEM black calfskin strap, accented by red stitching, and is secured by an adjustable black PVD OEM push button deployment buckle. The Bausele features a black dial with applied polished luminous hour markers, black luminous hands, and a date window aperture at 3 o’clock. It is worth noting that the dial on the watch is positioned slightly to the right with 12 o’clock being at what is traditionally 2 o’clock. The reason for the dial positioning is to pay homage to vintage pilot's watches from World War 2, which had the same dial positioning, to allow pilots to read the time without moving their hands from the control stick. The Pilot uses a 25 jewels swiss made automatic movement which is currently running. Overall the Bausele is in excellent condition with the only imperfection being some faint scratches on the PVD coating which are barely visible to the naked eye.
