Has anyone expressed interest/ordered a Daytona meteorite? If so, which one?

I think the rose gold with oyster bracelet looks absolutely stunning. Waiting on my AD to circle back with more info regarding availability. I would’ve gone for it on OF, but Rolex still hasn’t rolled out GlideLock yet to the Daytona OF models! It’s literally the last OF line without it.

I don’t think legibility will be a concern for the yellow and rose gold models due to the colored hands against the dial. WG I could see it being an issue for some.

It’s actually not my photo. I got it from “Watch Pro Site”. Judging from that photo though, it looks to be a demo model given the time is set to typical Rolex demo time 10:11 and 32~ seconds.

Ha... I feel like being at home! I placed my order a day in advance due to leaked images from catalogue. WG OF Meteorite is by far my favourite! I was told June-July 2021.

I really like the WG OF model... I’m even considering trading in my 116500 for it and try to upgrade to that.

Anyone have any input on the Oysterflex models compared to the stainless? I heard they have slightly bigger lugs. I’m also guessing the rubber strap would be a bit more comfortable.

I feel like I’m the only one who doesn’t think the meteorite works with the Daytona at all. Pepsi goes much better with the meteorite.

Yes, the experience is getting worse each day. Grey market dealers are getting desperate, too. Some are now asking for 500HKD just to try on a watch...

HK is rabid for Daytonas, if they look at your wrist they expect to see Daytona or Patek, or else you're nothing.

Every other Rolex reference outside of Daytona and Hulk is invisible and can be had at fair market.
