Rolex 16613LN-Seconds hand lume AWOL-Common Issue?

Hi, so I bought this 16613LN and I have noticed it is missing the lume in the seconds hand. The watch is in transit and I do not see any debris behind the sapphire, however is this a common issue? Is it easily repaired? Am I better off sending this back? Should I just live with it? It was not mentioned in the sale.

Also, it is listed as a 1995 16613, however I think this is based on when the paperwork was signed, but it is an 'S' series, so is that from 1993 or 1994? I have looked online and it seems to span both years. The serial is S503xxx

Looking forward to your feedback.

Thanks

Actually, I took this to my jeweler and he can colour match the lume and replace it. So I dont need to go all the trouble of sourcing a hand and the watch is still all original.

Yeah, no I saw it in the description, but I got it for $5800USD, so I think it was a steal. Its a full set too.
