What do you guys think ? Fake day date on eBay?

The seller has been responsive to my emails for some basic questions. Polished vs not. Lume plots intact vs not, etc.

(Not allowed to post links yet on this forum as I’m new )

eBay 1807. Day date bark

I’m new to this world and I’m not sure how to spot suspicious postings

Any help / insights much appreciated

Thank you
Neil

Post the auction number (there are several 1807s currently listed).

There would be a 0% chance I would complete this transaction.

The seller has made one sale in the last year and none of the sales are for high end watches.

People on this forum always say, "Buy the seller." This isn't a seller I would buy.

Found it under seller.
Not convinced it is fake although some suspicious signs - its an older piece and may be OK

I should clarify - I wasn't intimating anything as to its legitimacy. Was only stating that it's not a risk I would take in light of the (lack of) history the seller has.
