Calling on Patek vintage experts - which model is this?
Hi Guys, can anyone here help me identify which Patek model this is? After looking online in all of the resources I know, I couldn’t come up with anything close.

Some of the vintage Golden Ellipses are shaped like that. I am not familiar with a watch that looks specifically like that one, however.

Of course - if anyone knows the model number and/or history of this piece, please let us know. It's an heirloom that was just uncovered by a friend - and I told her if anyone would be able to help provide some background on it, this crew would! |
