Rolex Explorer II Polar question
I have been looking up Rolex Explorer II Polar and I haven't seen one with an orange hand like the one depicted above. Is it just a bad photo? How much do Explorer II's fetch on the market? |

Not sure about the orange hand. It's a buyers market. Sellers are asking 3800-5200ish lots to choose from on the market. There are great examples out there with box and papers under 4500. Be patient it shouldn't take long to find a sharp example with all the fixings.

Hard to tell anything from the tiny photo, especially since the hands are lined up at 12. The GMT hand should be red, of course. However, I suppose it could fade over time from sun exposure to take on a more orange hue.

The orange hands seem to be from a newer model explorer, they should be red if I am correct
