It was a official military watch but today many many fakes around so without the providence from Rolex to prove it was military.But the 5514 were Comex combat watches 5513 5317 military so it could be one of the many faked dials around today .

Can't be a 5514, as that was a Comex model reference rather than a military issue watch.
The broadly-contemporary "modern" mil subs (circa early 1970s ff) comprised models 5513, 5517 and the dual reference 5513/5517. The circled T on the dial denoted the luminous material used thereupon. Time for gratuitous pictures (from various of my mil subs, rather than a single watch) : Haywood
