Both are authentic GMT 1675 Mark II dials. Decide which one you like best and you're on your way to having a correct dial in your GMT.

Both original, the first one is better but need more pics in different angles to see it's condition.

Dear Springer, thank you for your continuous valuable support to this forum and in particular to my case, your help is very much appreciated. One more question, i just found also those hands, what's your opinion? could they match with dial of that age? are they authentic? thank you in advance

Dear ectokei, thanks for your feedback, I'll ask for more pictures.

Dears, what's your opinion on the second one? I can find many scratches on the dial and, once installed, one could easily question why they are there. As a matter of fact, the dial is supposed to be installed in a protected area and therefore it can be easily argued that this is not the original one, but a replacement, kept for long time out of the case and subject to scratches. Would this affect the value of the watch?

Both are original but not in the best condition. Pricing should factor in the condition accordingly.

I don't understand your question here. Of course, if you find a mint 1675 dial then that would be best. If there are scratches on it, sure, people will ask why that is the case. I feel like you have answered your own question...

I try to be clearer: according to your experience do you see many dials with screeches inside or is it rare?
