Day-Date II Discontinued?

According to this blog yes... but is it confirmed the Day-Date 2 is gone?

You can still buy it from AD, but not sure about the future. My guess, yes it is discontinued..

It is no longer on the website. My question is, is this the last year of the DJ2?

The DDII has been discontinued, and will be replaced with the new DD40. If you are on the fence about buying one, especially with a non common dial, well now is the time!

It is discontinued. However AD's will probably have in stock for a long time.

IMHO...Good. I never liked the "extra large" version of the DD. Love the 40 though....and certainly the elder 36mm's

Has something of this sort happened in the past? That a particular model came out for 5-6 years and was discontinued? If yes which one was it and what happened with the price?

Better collect all the DD's so you have one of each!
