RSC London experience
I have been to RSC London twice this week to adjust the bracelet on my new Daytona. I have to say I have received fantastic service, very nice and acommodating, polite and knowledgeable staff and a very satisfying experience.
Twice as the adjustment I thought was fine the first time yesterday was still a bit loose so I returned today for another adjustment. No problem at all and no cost. I was even told to come back next week if I still wasn't happy! This customer service is one of the reasons Rolex is one of the top brands in the world. |

Absolutely have to agree. I had my bracelet sized there a few weeks ago and received totally fantastic service! From now on will always have my bracelet sized from St James RSC. Thanks for sharing.

Sized with the easy link in! fits fine.
I suppose it's preference but it was a relatively cold day so assumed I would need the option of the easy link for hotter days or climates? That said, I have a SubC with the glide lock for the past 18 months and have only adjusted it once whilst on holiday. |

I'm not surprised by your wonderful experience at the RSC. A great customer service is quite significant. I appreciate your feedback as well

Yes agree St James is very good but IMHO its so simple to adjust a Rolex bracelet why not DIY. My Grandson was just 14 when I gave him a old Rolex OP he took the links out himself, and now wrist is bigger over the years have put back the links.

You slip you pay. They slip they pay. Considering they don't charge for such adjustments, it's a no brainier to me if you are nearby!

I did consider trying to adjust it myself but I don't have the correct tools to carry this out and doubt I will need to change it again.
