Rolex Daytona 16520 with replacement case and dial, value?

Hello guys,

Someone I know offered me a Daytona 16520 for sale.

It was in an accident and therefore the dial and case have been replaced bij Rolex in 2009. It now has a 47xxxxx serial.

No box or papers but the watch looks real good and runs perfectly.

What is the value of a piece like this?

Thanks, goedie

I'd say between 85000-9000 usd...depending on what "real good" means ;-)

Check the prices in the classified section for Daytonas without provenance to get a better idea.

If it was offered for sale, what is the asking price? Looks to be in good shape from the pic.

Zenith dial, that watch would have been about 15 years old before the new case, does it come with the service papers?
A case number beginning with 4 represents a service case as indicated.

Would be nice to confirm full movement service with rolex paperwork.

It's a great looking watch & price seems fair

Great price. Looks pretty darn good to me. I would wear it a while, and get serviced later so you have RSC papers eventually.

Nice pic. As long as you don't plan to sell it, the repo case, dial etc won't matter. Some buyers might care.

Well it seems like a fair price. If you like it, go for it. Beautiful looking piece.
