Thinking of buying this 1680

I have been offered this 1680 Matte dial for which I think is a decent price $6200. This will be my first real vintage purchase, please could you tell me if it is a good buy. Seems ok based on the pictures posted but I'd want to see a lot more before I would buy it personally.

I don't like the 6 or 12 markers, almost looked like some attempt was made to clean them.....or the replaced hands or the newer bezel insert. But that why it's priced away it is.
