Congrats on passing the BAR exam. Put your name on the list for the Daytona C, you'll probably become a Partner before the Daytona C is delivered at this rate. As a 1st year Associate, you will be spending a lot of your time bonding with your watch. Good luck!

That was my first. And so far only. I agree on the black dial Daytona C as a great choice, but I'm thinking more of an SD4K or keep saving for a PM.

I just got a new SD4K 2 weeks ago, I am in love with it and haven't taken it off... Best sports rolex in my opinion.

Res Ipsa Loquitor!
Good for you. Similar story, but waited a few years to get the watch. That exam is brutal. I remember learning it was a 3-day exam and I had to stay in a hotel to take it, and the majority of people don't pass.... ouch. That was scary. All ended well. But, my friends said that during that 4 month wait for the results I absolutely deteriorated.... they were right. That watch is a great reward for very hard work. Good for you. |

Congratulations on passing the Calif. State bar exam.
Congratulations on buying this lovely timepiece. Congratulations on doing your due diligence and finding a beautiful watch that looks new but cost you less. Congratulations on coming to the right place after buying the right watch for you and being filled with pride about doing it. I would have put this message on pleading paper but it wasn't available. :) Welcome to TRF ! |

Passing the bar and getting a job are kinda a big deal, worthy of a celebratory Rolex purchase! Congratulations on all 3 accomplishments!
