Deep Sea Blue spotted in Boston AD

Cruising around the shops at the Prudential Center in Boston. D-Blue in the case since last Thursday! Store manager told me they get one D-Blue every two months. Anyone wants it call them up.

I just don't understand Rolex. If the demand in the UK is there, why not just send them the watches. I feel for you mates.

Sure the demand is lessened if you are purchasing at retail + tax. I doubt this store will give any discount. I could find you a D-blue at retail + tax literally any day of the week in Canada with a few phone calls to AD's.

Yep lighting plays a big factor. It can be almost unnoticeable or very bright depending on the setting.

Aren't used prices very close to retail?

oh man oh man....

I had a very hard time justifying paying $1500 or so extra for a BLNR compared to the black GMT, just for the half blue ceramic bezel and blue GMT hand.... and here the difference in the price is even worse... just about $2k in MSRP (and even more in real life due to bigger discount on black only perhaps), just for a dial color... which looks BLACK under some circumstances anyway???

Quite infuriating to see and hear of such easy availability of stock in US/Canada. A friend of mine has been on the list for a D-Blue here in the UK since around March of this year...

Yes. They had a ton of men's and women's Rolex pieces in several glass cases as well as stand alone displays and store windows. Large varied inventory of Rolex watches, with diamonds etc.
