That’s simply what a brand new Rolex bracelet does.. it squeaks.

Enjoy it while it lasts. Lol

Mine was squeaking the entire day too. Enjoy it - it's the hallmark of a brand spanking new Rolex.

Yeah the squeaking will diminish. Spray some silicone or dry lube if it bothers you - otherwise just wait ~1 month and it will be gone.

Don't send to RSC!

I’ve had mine since July ‘17 and still get a squeak every now and then. It’s a pleasant sound.

I think this shot captures the matte dial pretty well:

It may have been taken with a "professional lens" but that is only one element to make a perfect photograph.

Quick question about posts 135/136 about full bracelet.my bnib sd43 from ad came with only 10 full links 1 half link and the half link connected to the glidelock and the divers extension, but definitely only 10 FULL links, is this right? Thank you for any replies.

Has anyone with small wrists noticed the divers extension bothersome? It extends beyond the clasp and does not hug my wrist, would prefer to just have an extra link instead of the extension. It that even possible?

Yes, I would remove it to get the perfect fit.

The crazy thing is when I was at the RSC resizing mine and asked for the extension to be removed, they told me I was altering the watch and made me sign a waiver that I will not hold them responsible for bad things happening to the watch.

If I remember correctly that poster had the picture taken with the time and date of the birth of his son

(Although I would have photoshopped the crown screwed down - presumably the movement was hacked for the shot)
