Looks like you're diver heavy. Would look at the North Flag of your choices, otherwise I would be looking at the Explorer of you want to stay in the Rolex / Tudor family.

I have the North Flag (strap) and couldn't be happier with it. It's a great watch IMHO.

Agree... the NF works great when you want to go casual. Great on those hot summer days with shorts and T's as well.
