They indicated that deliveries would come between March and December on a first come first serve basis based on when you placed the order.

Seems like only the blue version has a different crown?

Yes. From usability point of view, the Red is better. But the crown from the Blue version is unique.

I placed my order as soon as the ruffle result email hit my inbox. No updates ever since.

My experience with both of my watches were that they email you when they are about to ship the watch. I got an email for both watches on Monday letting me know that the DHL would go back on Friday. Before then, nothing much for updates.

I bought mine within minutes of receiving the lottery results. I just got a shipment notification that it’s on the way!

Mine arrived this afternoon. After seeing the reviews online, I was unsure whether I would like it. It’s just amazing in person. It is thick, but it’s also very light and comfortable. The dial and rotor are mesmerizing. This is not a first luxury watch for anyone, and it’s great to have something this unique at the price point.

I just got an email from the M.A.D. Gallery offering me the chance to buy one. The email said that some winners declined to make the purchase and some were caught trying to flip so their orders were cancelled. So a new raffle was done for people who’ve entered before. Apparently I was one of the lucky ones. So yea I just ordered mine! I know it probably won’t come until December but I don’t care. I’m ecstatic.

Okay. One of you will get lucky.

I just turned down the offer to buy a MAD1 Red. I was offered the chance to buy because others have turned down their winning raffle or MB&F had found others trying to resell their watches.

I sent an email saying I'm really thankful for being offered a chance to buy the watch, but I have to pass this time around. I hope this doesn't hurt my chances at future raffles.

My reasoning is that in the time between first hearing that I did not win the raffle to now, I have committed to purchasing another watch, and I couldn't really justify purchasing the MAD1 Red simultaneously.

And to be perfectly honest, I'm not sure the watch itself fits my collection. It's a wild watch and a conversation piece, but my collection has been, thus far, more understated, and I really couldn't envision too many scenarios where I could wear the watch.

Anyway, good luck to those still wanting this watch. Hopefully, you will get good news soon.

Perhaps one day I will pull the trigger, but it's not today.

Did a lot of people changed their mind or a lot of flippers were identified?

My guess would be the first since the screening should have been done before the drawing.

Or maybe the flippers changed their mind since supply increased and the profit is not there anymore. But either case, this is better for the real collector.

Another lucky second chance email received here today as well. I’m thinking maybe they had some upped production as well? Who knows. Super stoked for this one.

I got my surprise email today! Got lucky on the third drawing. Thanks to the people who declined to purchase that gave opportunity to collectors like me! Can't wait! Cheers!

Also received email to purchase one for the reasons mentioned above. Does anyone know if the strap can be exchanged if the size at time of ordering doesn't work?

i think there is only one size strap, never saw an option to change it.

I was given the option of small, medium or large. I went with medium which is pretty much standard.

Yes there were three choices. What size is your wrist?

6 3/4”. I’d rather have a little extra tail on the strap than not enough. I’m thinking it should be the perfect size.
