I recently picked up my first AP and it is a Code.
Pics don’t do it justice. You have to see it in real life to absorb all the shapes and in my case the depth of the dial. It will be a future classic.

Beautiful watch. Please post a picture with the Gator strap, when you switch it.

Wow that's nice looking. Do they make a smooth calfskin strap? Wondering how that would look.

Yup they do... Forgot all the colours, grey, beige and light green. These will suit better on a white gold case than on rose gold case.

Yes, that would be epic. A lot of possibilities for future CODEs. RG 3-hander with CE mid-case and RG Milanese bracelet? Yummy.

This is a nice strap you installed on your perpetual calendar, is it shiny black

Because the one that comes with the watch is blue

Can I know where did you buy it @Reign

It’s an OEM brown strap from AP that was given at purchase!

The shininess is due to an even patina that developed over time

I love mine.

I think many would change their opinion if they saw one in person. You can't see beauty of the watch from a front face on photo.

I tried and the rest history

Yes i agree you cannot see the code 1159 based on picture. There is so much asthetic, especially the case. I love mine in silver dial🙏

Case and lugs are very unique and need to be seen in person to be appreciated.

So it tells the time, month, day of the month, day of the week, leap year and moon? Am I right in saying?

Can I ask what the numbers around the bezel going up to 52 represent?

Thanks

Spot on - outer ring up to 52 represents the week number within the year. As of today, we’re on week 3 out of 52 for 2022
