Probably 15202 is the 'equivalent' in terms of price point tiering. The 15407 more for equivalent availability. Although produced in far far lower numbers.

15202ST (Jumbo)

15407ST (Openworks)

Both incredible watches, I have the jumbo but wish I had the open works too!

Not sure how long the list/wish list is for the open works (but the jumbo is a boutique only piece and they are currently quoting over 4 years in London!

The 2 hardest to get are 15407 and 26579.
Both are higher in price than the Daytona, but AP has always been a higher brand, not sure we should compare the prices but in scarcity they are comparable. The 15407 is pretty hard to get but certainly more reachable than the 26579, the latter is much more expensive and only serious customers (VIP) will get one.
The 15202 is more accessible, one can get it within a 6 month waiting period.

Daytona of AP doesn’t translate. It would be easier if you tried to compare an AP watch to that of Rolex , which you still couldn’t

I got my 15202 in Paris a few weeks ago, after 5 months, many folks here got it in a comparable time from other boutiques, 5 years seems a bit unrealistic in just few weeks from my purchase.
