Hah :) I do appreciate the encouragement but have lost a lot of faith in the brand overall over the last year. Will just enjoy the watches I have!

A couple of watch cases, a complications book, a bracelet, a 50years book, a blue 50years tapisserie pen.

On my first purchase I was given a complications book, pen, travel case, and leather toiletries bag. They ran out of polos in my size and I declined the backpack (I regret declining that). On my second purchase they didn't have anything to offer me.
After my trip to the service center in FL, I was gifted a book, hat, pens, figurine speaker, AP coins, and a travel case. Yesterday morning I received the 50th book which was a nice surprise since I never asked for one. |

Were you gifted the items at the service center?
Also is there any reason to visit the service center or is it strictly for getting watches serviced? |

I started buying from the boutique this year. Since then I've been shipped a hat, a small 50th anniversary royal oak book, and most recently a 50th anniversary tote bag and the giant Assouline Royal Oak book, which was really unexpected!

A 'free' 1.5 link for me :)
There are some really nice gifts in this thread. p.s. Not related to AP, but I visited with my lovely SA at a different brand the other day. Whilst there she asked if I'd like a coffee but I'd just been to AP and had already had way too many so she went and made me a lovely cup of blended green/black tea - not something that I typically drink. It was yummy and I told her so. On Friday just gone she called me about something else and also told me she'd bought me a box of tea and was shipping it to me - how lovely. It's lovely to receive swag it really is, but equally it's just lovely to be remembered however that may manifest. |

To my knowledge, the service center is not open to the public. However, if you are ever invited, I strongly encourage you to go. Easily one of the best and most memorable experiences I’ve ever had! |

Some SA's really do a wonderful job taking care of their clients. My AP SA bought us a gift from Silver Oak while she was on vacation in Napa. Meant more to us than any swag they gave us.

I ended up transferring into AP’s Nomad program and left my old boutique. The old boutique was good to me for awhile, but I felt things went stale. I had trouble connecting with my assigned SA vs the SA that I would always chat with. I also strongly disliked that it was a Material Good joint venture boutique. |

I would like to think I made a good impression on them and that they like me, but it is probably due to friends vouching for me and my experience at my old boutique. |

What are folks around the world being sent this year for holiday swag?
FYI as another poster mentioned, AP events are top notch. I went to their last global golf invitational this year in Scotland and in usual AP fashion, no stone is left unturned in terms of hospitality Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I just got a nice blown glass home diffuser set made by Mizensir. The insert says the scent is reminiscent of the resinous purity of the fir needles - a green and woody note evoking the magic of the Vallee de Joux forests. I always appreciate AP's holiday gifts.
