Building profile at AP - one or two better?

My wife and I both have two AP each. For some reason our profiles are combined (guess since we first walked in together), so her name is on the profile and all stuff is addressed to her, while it's my login and both show under my email.

Wondering whether it would be better for allocations / tracking / history to keep them under one profile or break them apart so my wife and I both have different profiles, etc.

Not trying to "game" the system here but we're looking for very different watches and allocations so curious what approach would be better...

Thoughts?

Separate profiles, there are corporate KPIs that'll benefit you and it increases chances to acquire pieces.

Your profiles are linked in the background. Just keep it as and make sure all new purchases show up on your log in under your account. Ultimately the diversity in pieces will help with future allocations

We previously had all watches under my account, but last year switched to separate (but linked) accounts for my wife and myself. The boutique seemed to indicate that there might be a slight advantage to that setup.

Also separate. Was told by SA that AP favors woman collectors so will help my GF get special pieces. And she was right! GF got offered frosted 34mm light blue dial as a 1st watch.

You are better off getting the accounts separated and linked. I've been told it definitely helps with the allocation.

If you have kids, mom and dad make them account as well you can get 100 pieces a year
Start producing lot of kids to get more allocation

I've also added my entire tribe... I'll throw a skeleton your way once I have my fifth one!

Thanks for the suggestions on separating and linking the accounts, I'll ask my SA to do so when I visit next
