Beautiful piece! If I was looking for a GMT I'd definitely be after a BLNR "Batman". I like it a lot. Although I’ve always been a real fan of the Pepsi...

This one and batman are my favorite gmts, but you have that one on the wrong wrist. Lol. I'm a lefty, so I'm on the list since release. I saw it on oyster, but like you I wanted it on jubilee. Huge congrats! Btw, pepsi never sang to me.

so seriously, if you had an unlimited budget, those two? not a Rainbow for example? (again, assuming not your money).

Sweet Green Lantern! So if you already have a Batman, just rename your the Pepsi - the “Superman” and you’ve got the Justice League, lol!!

That is correct. I buy what I like. I don't like rainbow on any watch. I think some people like watches based on hype or being rare. Some watches were laughed at years ago, but now are sought after since they are rare or discontinued. I say buy what u like and ignore hype and what others think.

sage advice for sure. and taste is purely subjective ... but for me, hype or not, that Rainbow is orgasmic... but while I might be able to swing the MSRP, I can't begin to touch the gray price..

I agree with the sentiment that a GMT is a GMT, regardless of the bezel insert colors, and while I won't knock any of the configurations, the BLNR is my favorite.

It was just a matter of pure luck that I got the first one sold in New Mexico and I bought it sight unseen, putting down a hefty deposit in advance of its arrival.

I had some second thoughts during the wait, but when I first laid eyes on it, I was ecstatic.

I think it has the most refined look of the bi-color bezel inserts.

I don't know what to make of this green and black GMT. I could order it from AD, but something did not suit me and I gave it up. I wish you to enjoy it as long as possible, because in some time it will be a collector's real white raven.

Green Lantern. It’s certainly a much better nickname than Sprite.

These by far are the best two, looking great! I guess if you are left handed the green one makes sense, but still not close.

Had a BLRO. Didn't stick. Picked up a BLNR a while ago. It's still here.

The BLRO has the classic color palette, but Rolex simply hasn't got it right. Look at the differences in the colors in the post above mine. The red isn't red, and the blue... well... it's purple.

On the other hand, along with the Hulk, the BLNR is the closest thing to a modern classic that Rolex has produced color-wise as far as SS sports watches are concerned. In Pepsi-mania, this is often overlooked, but for the long-term collector, the BLNR should be a must have.

pink/purple/something in between but not red.
I've owned a BLRO since early 2019, and I honestly don't know if it's photos of what, but never once have I seen pink/purple on the bezel. It's a clear red/blue. Anyone remember the white or blue dress debate circa 2012?

Thank you! The Jubilee wasn't available on the BLNR in 2014, but I know what you mean. I'm very fond of the Jubilee bracelet, myself. My DJ has one.

My good old Batman on verk 3186 has been with me for 4 years (bought as a new one from AD), and still keeps in good shape. From the last week's observation, he dialed an average of +1.2s/day.
