Great color - love the copper!

Have the same grill - fantastic flavor and fortunately get to use mine year-round.

Great I look forward to your results!

I think I’m going to need one like you have there. Which one is it?

I pulled out my smaller Weber last weekend and one leg collapsed so it’s done and gone - but was a great combo for 20+ years.

The best thing I bought for my kettle was a clip on side table. There are never enough horizontal surfaces when the kettle is out.

It seems like so much work. I love your commitment. I brushed of the snow to grill a delicious ribeye tonight.

I don’t think I’d be able to eat red meat 2-3 days per week if I had to work that hard at it.

I can now say I understand the allure of charcoal... my dad would always escape to get the charcoal going... peace and quiet.
