Apologies all im not one to do this but ive been messed around so much by this firm.

Bought a watch from them as a complete set in 2018 but they didnt send the warranty card. Initially I just wanted to return it but was promised the card was with customer and he'd send in to them shortly. Was pretty much ignored for months and bounced around the office until got in touch with the owner but he had same attitude they werent fussed really!

Kept on getting endless promises and palm offs they are just waiting for the customer to send it but never materialised. 18 months later! Yes 18 months later I just requested send something back to compensate the loss of card. Still werent fussed and were giving excuses of we cant pay for the lack of card we only made $300 on the watch. Pretty comical really.

Sold a watch as a complete set but didnt have the card. Didnt even attempt to try to sort out their own mess where I had in writing watch was a complete set and stated card, 18 months later offered a measly $100 in the end.

Pretty cavalier attitude especially trade to trade

Cavalier is an understatement - Sarasota Watch Company has a checkered past here. Been banned for multiple issues...

So the behavior you cited is what I would expect from them.

Interesting I wasnt aware! Understandable why the so called owner really didnt care his firm had completely mis sold a watch and instead was more worried about his $300 profit.

It just astounded me how he wasnt fussed about stroking and messing me around for so long when it was his firm which mis sold it in the first place. Especially within the trade theres ways to deal with things
