Black Gator vs Brown Gator on Cartier Santos

Just wanted to share both gator straps for those who are interested of acquiring either.

IMO, both look great but I think that the brown alligator strap is the perfect strap for the Two Tone or Stainless Steel Santos.

Let's make the pictures do the talking. What do you guys think?

I'm partial to black straps so I vote for that, although I saw a video on WatchBox Studios showing 100 XL on a dark brown almost burgundy strap and it looks really awesome. I was looking at a Santos in Japan recently but they only had the medium on bracelet which I tried on. It was too small for my taste. They also did not offer any discount although you can get a tax refund (10%).

Brown goes a bit better with the gold IMO but you can't go wrong with either. Actually, I prefer the bracelet to strap on that model.

Have you seen the Rose Gold Santos with the dark gray gator strap? I think that would be the perfect dress watch.
