After a lot of deliberation, I’ve purchased my first Rolex

I’ve gone back and forth in my last few posts on here between a DJ36 or DJ41. Decided I was going to get a DJ41. Then I started thinking... maybe I’ll get the 5-digit submariner my AD had. Then I went in to look at both one last time to choose between the sub and the 41.

Before I could make up my mind, he said he would check what he had in the back. He came out of the back with my new watch. Could not be happier with the last minute change of heart, as well as the value I feel I got for what I paid.

The angst you have experienced while making your decision may feel real to you but in a short period of time you'll probably own the other ones as well.

Then the only angst is which one to wear today.

Interesting. When was the last time ADs were receiving black bezel GMTs? And I wonder why the AD had this one sitting in the back all this time?

Well done. The GMT LN certainly is well suited to being your only watch, assuming you are crazy enough to only want one watch!

Congratulations. It looks good. I love the fact that it is not a Batman or Pepsi.

Congrats to you! Finding the now discontinued Gmt LN new at an AD is a real score. A perfect 'one' sports model to have. Adding a DJ41 in time would make a perfect pair and then you'd really be all set. Enjoy that Beauty!!...

New to me. Great condition. With ancillary docs and warranty etc. Gave me a great price. No need to provide more detail because I am thrilled with it!
