The TT just pops. Daytona if you want to be more conservative.

If it were a black dial Daytona I'd say that, or if it were a suit. If you're rocking a tux it's gotta be the TT GMT

TT GMT or Daytona, definitely not the Sub or Explorer as they are more casual pieces...

I am along a similar thought. The Daytona is way too matchy-matchy with the tux. Exp too. I love that Daytona but I think it looks awful with black tie. Like you tried too hard to match.

The Hulk looks best imo and the green is a great contrast and pop. TT GMT if you want a little more flash. But I think the Hulk is great.

I'm with you OP, nothing wrong with a non-dreess watch with black tie. Ok to have a little fun.

Actually the Daytona is the least simple and most sporty, but you are certainly entitled to your opinion. Different strokes

Lots or interesting feedback. Maybe I should have kept my blue sky dweller... that would have been an interesting option but too thick in my opinion. In any case like I said before I’ll likely go Daytona. It is most comfortable followed by the gmt. The hulk with the large clasp makes it harder to get under the cuff. Funny how the hulk garners such opposite opinions. If I had a LN sub would that be the clear winner?

Have your inlaws buy you a dd40 for the wedding

Congrats!

Probably daytona but I’d let you wear TT gmt if it’s rootbeer

For your wedding? Photos to remember for the rest of your life? I would choose your favourite from the four (any of them) but put it on a leather strap. Steel bracelet and tux just doesn't go together for me.

Hulk.

The Daytona looks good too but as I don’t actually like them

It would be the hulk

The people advocating not wearing a watch are on to something. Do you really care what time it is at your wedding?

Daytona or the Explorer. I am leaning toward the Daytona.

Congrats!

For the amount of money I’m paying for the event space I may want to know how much time is left 😅

If you do not have a dress watch I would not wear a watch for the event. Of all of the options the Daytona is probably the least obtrusive. But now, people wear anything anytime so nobody will care or notice what watch you have on.

Out of your choices I’d definitely go with Daytona. Personally for my wedding day went with my 116610 as I didn’t have my 116500 yet. Here are some pics for reference as I was getting ready, I was wearing a slim suit it still fit fine.

TT GMT, but make sure you have black and gold cuff links.
