Question on Patek crown/winding stem
Hey,

I wanted to ask how the stem is attached to the movement in Patek Nautilus/Aquanut watches. Has anyone ever experienced the crown or stem coming out of the case of their Patek Nautilus/Aquanaut because they were less than gentle in their handling of the watches? Thank you.
