I’m shopping for a timepiece for my wife and a local AD has the SS blue dial in stock.

Am I being taken for a ride to be paying MSRP for one of these pieces? AD says this is a new 2019 model so no discounts.

Anyone else hearing the same thing?

I never ask for a discount from my AD. I don’t pay a premium for the hot models and I don’t expect a discount on the other models. Sometimes my AD gives a discount, but I don’t ask. I really think that helps me get very good allocations of hard to get Pateks and Rolexes.
