I prefer the JLC of the two watches the OP showed.

The white CK Speedmaster is attractive, too.

Honestly you may be on to something.... I went and tried on the 60th anniversary today and wasn't blown away, maybe the AD lighting but think its a pass now

The JLC is awesome but might be a bit too dressy to have staying power in my collection (needs to be regularly worn or gets moved) still a possibility though

The force is strong with the blue 2998 love it on the bracelet also saw some pics on mesh and looked killer

The black 2998 does nothing for me

I say you get them all starting with the Omega. At least that is what I would do.

Try all 3 then you'll know. Not every watch that looks good on one wrist will look good on yours. The 114270 Exp 1 was that watch for me. Way too small it was comical.

With your collection if I wanted a chronograph I'd be looking at:
Zenith Chronomaster El Primero 42mm (I like the blue dial) or
IWC Spitfire Pilot's Chronograph 41mm (I like the one in bronze with green dial).

This is a beautiful watch compared to those two, I would try and go for this one.

I have owned three Omega‘s. I still have one: a 1962 omega constellation 18 karat gold on a gold Milanese bracelet. My fathers. I am not a hater or a lover of this brand.

But damn, this is a beautiful watch.

I would personally go for the standard Moonwatch, maybe the sapphire sandwich version so that you can see the movement and have the durability of a sapphire crystal. I'd then consider adding a Reverso if you want a JLC, as you could use a dress watch.
