Genuine or not? Rolex Daytona 116520, 2007-2008

Dear all,

I wanted to see what's your take on the following Rolex Daytona concerning its authenticity. I was intending to buy it, however, where I live there are no certified watchmakers/experts that can properly examine it.

Maybe im sceptical but is poland full of scammers. 1st post is to question an expensive model, with no knowledge of what to look for.

1st posts asking about authenticity is a "thing" at the various watch sites (TRF, WUS.)

Ha! The engraving looks like it’s photoshopped onto the picture.

This has nothing to do with Poland per se. I am just a foreign student here, and yes, I do not know anything about watches. By the way, that type of generalization is very arrogant. I have been here for two years now, and Poland is a beautiful country with a great history, culture, and people.

As a student, what were you prepared to PAY for this watch? Whatever it is- it was too much. A real Daytona is worth more than most cars. sounds fishy at best dude.

Another way to tell is the price. I bet it was listed way below market and you thought you were getting a great deal. News flash - there are no deals
