Thanks for sharing. This article confirms my impressions of the 5170P, which is a good thing given that I've been underwhelmed by the other 5170 models. Unfortunately it's quite a bit out of my league price-wise at the moment, but I'd love to pick one up one day pre-loved...

I think it looks absolutely amazing, I'm actually on the list for it at my local AD. Not sure yet if I'd spend that much on 1 watch but I'm sure I'll know when I see it in person.

Saw it at the AD on Saturday, it’s a winner. They also had the RG black dial which also looks great.

Just tried it on during a trip to Paris. It's pretty amazing all around. The baguette diamonds are not as obtrusive in person, but still a little too much for me. If the diamond markers were gone, I would try my best to get one in the collection
