Has anyone ever noticed this on there 116610ln bracelet

I've noticed that there are different styles of the rolex text on the inner folding bracelet.

For example mine just has rolex engraved with a stainless steel background, there are others that have the rolex engraving filled with black stuff to make it stand out and sometimes they have a gray or stainless steel background.

Why is that??

It's weird, it's like rolex have a big bin full of different oyster bracelets and they stick them on any model,

Ive noticed the different styles on new and older 116610ln's

Old style vs new style. The fully polished clasp is newer. I believe it started mid-2015.

I have the polished clasp on both my 214270 and 116710BLNR, both purchased in 2018.

Right. It's not random, just a transition. It's been well discussed on many watch forums, as well.

You already created a thread about this...who cares dude? How do even notice it's moving half a second, and how often are you adjusting the time that this is really bothering you?

Interesting. Did they change over as a cost-cutting measure?

the first one is older version. the second one of course is a newer version. It's widely available in the internet if you google it.

The newer bracelet without the sandblasting is miles ahead. Rolex should have changed that a long long time ago.

The mirror-polish finish came after the sandblasting. If sandblasting is indeed a less expensive process (and I don't know that), then obviously the change to polishing was not for cost reasons.

John you're rude to Chef Guy he's new here ! " who cares dude" Keep your options to your self unless asked!! Back to the topic I heard that the rough texture was attracting and holding dirt and making more difficult to clean.
