I love the scratches in my 14060. It's a tool. Granted, the best tool in the whole shop, but still, an implement designed to take a decent beating. From desk diving to doorknobs to wrangling a combative patient, this watch can take the heat.
Lately, I've pondered putting it and cash up for a BLNR. I don't know if I got it in me to let it go. |

I love the way my 14060M Sub looks at certain angles on an overcast day. The dial and bezel appear matte and the white gold hands take on a blued steel color from the reflection of the sky. I’ve tried to capture this in a photo but it is impossible. I see it the most when my left hand is at the top of my steering wheel when I’m driving. It’s just so beautiful to me.
The rattle of the 93150 Oyster bracelet is a charm as well. It feels very vintage even though it is not YET!

My personal favorite is the domed crystal, and how the curve of it meets the bezel so seamlessly. |

I like one single subtle feature on all my watches: to put them on my wrist

The miniature Roman numerals on the chapter ring and the roulette date wheel always make me smile.

The ETA movement of my Date+Day allows for a flat caseback, making the watch noticeably more comfortable than my Rolex watches.

For all modern Rolexes, I like how the end links between the lugs almost look like they are fused together to the lugs, with no gaps. That's good craftsmanship IMHO.
