Swatch is milking every single drop of the moonwatch brand.

Yet another money grab. Milk the moonwatch cash cow.

I have had an appreciation of Omega since my schooldays in the 1970's, so have respected the brand for a long time. I can't help feeling that these Swatch watches are just devaluing their legacy. Imagine if Rolex did this.

+1. Another overpriced piece of plastic. This is what happens when you are owned by a parent company like Swatch. Reputation and legacy are beaten by the temptation of the money grab.

That black dial is legit! I’ll hunt that one down eventually.

For me, the OG white version is more "fun"/original, with the white going well with the idea of Snoopy. IMHO, the black is just like the other black MoonSwatch with a slight difference at 3 o'clock, but more expensive.

One thing that's weird is they rotated the moonphase window 90 degrees, so when it's a full moon snoopy is completely hidden behind the disc. When it's a new moon, snoopy is completely visible. It's backwards. The white dial does it correctly. I have no idea why they did it this way.

My guess is that the black is supposed to be the inverted version of the white, including the moon phase.

I see they now fixed the website so that Snoopy is now exposed during full moon and hidden behind the disc during the new moon.

I like it, but that’s because I also like my Mercury. I’d buy this if it weren’t so similar.

Cool moonphase though.
