This camera is a monster>>>>>

I just went out in the rain for a test shooting and I'm impressed.

Shooted at 20mpix and resized.

Cropped out.

Point and shot.

Not bad for a pocket point and shot camera.

Jocke I know the RX100 IV offers more options than the original RX100, but they do shoot pretty much the same level of photos, do they not? I ask because I have thought of getting an RX100 for some time just have not pulled the trigger. Great photos!!!

Cheers, Tim

Tim they are close the same, the IV have a little faster processor and autofocus and the big thing is the new
video at 4K, 16:9, 960fps where you can made very nice slowmotion movies.

Jocke- Thanks for Enabling me on the Sony camera! Just bought a Sony RX100 VI yesterday and it will be here next week just in time for our trip to Machu Picchu, Amazon and Lake Titicaca! Good bye to my Sony NEX-5...

The Old Sony... Point and Shoot without multiple lenses is going to really simplify taking pictures when traveling.

I like one feature particularly - the retractable viewfinder for framing a shot. The imaging is very fine.

That is a good feature in a camera of this size. It is very portable but I have stopped using dedicated cameras since iPhone - just don't print anymore since friends/family look at shots on devices vs. paper.
