I’ve gone off-piste! Incoming Alpine Eagle

This Chopard Alpine Eagle 41 caught my attention recently and when I tried it on it just gelled. I looked at the grey dial first but since I have the YM40 in slate I thought this would be a better fit into the collection.

I like the slimness of this model and the bracelet wears very comfortably although it took some time to get the fit right.

Beauty. Always liked blue dials. The bracelet looks similar to Vacheron’s Overseas watch.

Congratulations. My AD just got Chopard and have a few watches in right now. Waiting to see the Alpine Eagle watches. I like the larger 44mm Chronographs from the pictures but we will see.

Congratulations. I was offered the green dial version in Paris last week. I think the blue dial looks better than the green.

The Alpine Eagle XPS no-date version with the salmon dial is what had been causing a stir and added excitement about the Alpine Eagle line. The blue dial in your picture is hypnotizing.

Sorry was busy in week! Yes, they are an interesting combo. Both pretty dressy I’d say. The YM is chunkier and wears larger as the dial on the AE is quite small despite the 41mm.

Thanks all for the comments and nice to see other owners out there enjoying theirs.
