my choices:
with and without date, modern, no cyclops, Ln, lughole, aluminium
= no date non cosc (2 line) + x factor SD 16600

This could be I good starting point that's my answers:
1) Date
2) I don't know the difference
3) either
4) I prefer no cyclops( scared to scratch it), but all the Sub's got them
5) I would say LN, with a But I like the anniversary look :)
6) no lug hole
7) I could not say.

I hope this help you out to understand my taste so you guys can tell me which suit it most.

Thanks a lot for the input

3) Vintage vs Modern
4) Cyclops vs no cyclops ... cyclops will always come on a date model, but the seadweller (SD) is an exception
5) Lv vs Ln
6) Lughole vs no lughole
7) Ceramic vs aluminium .... the bezels inserts made of aluminum can scratch cost ~$100 to replace / the bezel inserts made of ceramic, will not scratch as easy but may chip or crack, they can cost ~$1000 to replace.

seadweller seems to be a good fit for your choices... they are discontinued but can still be found easily here on the forum.

SubC, the ability to adjust the braclet in 2mm increments with the glidelock put it well above any of the older subs IMO. This is especially important to me because my wrist size tends to fluctuate a lot, expecially after a few beers!!
