Stain mark in ROLEX GMT Master II

This actually can detect by just looking at it as you see in the picture, is this normal, how can I remove it? I try soapy warm water with toothbrush but it didn't work, the watch is manufactured in 2009, just got it from my friend.

I just join the forum, Thank you guy again

The safest place for your watch is on your wrist.

Looks like something stained the 24:00 hour position triangle on the ceramic bezel.

Never saw that before but I also can't tell if your watch is authentic from just one small headshot.

As others have said, you need to get another photo sharing website. Then take some better sharper pictures.
