I think he uses indirect lighting. He probably bounces flash of the ceiling. It creates a smooth shower of light on the the subject. Cheers!!!

I sold a few (vintage V&C, Omega and Heuer). I also sold a load of antiques, silver and furniture, and a house (but also bought a house here in CH) Watch-wise, I bought a TT mid-sized YM for my wife, and then a vintage 1680 red sub and a 16600 SD for myself. And a bunch of assorted straps! I think 2013 will be a lean year, in the horology dept. Cheers, K.

No mod'g for me - no skillz in that vein. But otherwise a good year - these came and some went...

A Ball, Zenith, SMP Chrono, YM, Expl.II, Bluesy, Root Beer

As far as I recall - year's still got 12 days to go, too!

No Rolex watches this year, as I got my Sub in December of last year.

I bought a Seiko 5 from Amazon last night, because I've always been fascinated by that line and I personally saw one for the first time at the bowling alley a few days ago.

The chief mechanic was wearing one and he said he really liked it.

Also, the Watch Snob called the Seiko 5 the "the best 'cheap' high-end watch on the market today." That really piqued my interest.

So, the Seiko 5 is my first and only watch for 2012 and also my first and only Seiko watch.

It was indeed a watch year for me Jocke.

All I did was " watch " as others acquired new pieces ;-)
